It looks complete, all the major items for the buggy are there (wheels / tires / motor / shocks etc) but I did not check for every piece of hardware so it could be missing something but looks like all the pieces were bagged and kept together in the box. The body is like new / unpainted / not cut. There is a decal sheet that is folded. Instruction book is included.
