COX ADAM 12 MATADOR POLICE PATROL CAR, with BOX- ORIGINAL, NEAR COMPLETE (1974)

COX ADAM 12 MATADOR POLICE PATROL CAR, w/ BOX- ORIGINAL, NEAR COMPLETE (1974). I honestly do not know the history of this vehicle, prior to me acquiring it years ago. That being stated, I’ve never had one of these cars, other than this one, where certain parts we not already installed, with an open bag. Is sealed, with all parts still inside, and not on the car. The antenna is in a “film canister”, protected by a. Apparently, the antenna was not in the bag, as the bag has no hole in it, to have allowed the antenna to “slip out”. Listed as “USED”; however, never ran. No fuel is believed to have entered the fuel tank. “Rough” box, has the original inserts, with, what is believed to be, ALL the original paperwork. The paperwork is in fantastic shape, with only some minor, “yellowing”. Vehicle, itself, is in excellent condition, with only some, very minor “blemishes”, mostly to the white, factory paint. The white paint has cracks, as typical with these cars with areas of the white paint missing/ chipped. The “parts” to the car, (Headlights, tail lights, side markers, “cans”, siren, decals, and “Cox-A-Matic” steering cams, are still in the sealed, original bag). Vehicle comes with original, not bent, antenna. Tires have no flat spots, as it appears the car has always been in the original, cardboard insert, keeping them from coming in contact with the ground. Chrome is in excellent condition. Black areas of the car are almost flawless, with only some minor scratching from being wiped down. One can only see these scratches in the sunlight. Absolutely, not noticeable, in “inside light”. The rear bumper is slightly loose. Please see the actual pictures, and description for the more. Thank you for looking! The battery wires for starting the motor. Original wrenches, still sealed in original plastic bag. Pictures show condition of vehicle. Pics taken outside, to be able to see some of these minor scratches. Inside light does not show them, unless you are specifically looking for them. It will be up to you to decide whether to open the bag, and install the parts. Again, the box is “rough”; however, not horrible, with weak corners, creases, tape holding flaps on, etc. It’s actually amazing how poor the box is, in comparison to the car itself. I have over 50 pictures for this car; however, I can only post (12). I’ve attempted to compile some of the pics, in a “four square”, to be able to add more than the (12). Any questions, or concerns, just message me. I appreciate your interest. At the time of the listing, not all pictures were placed. Working off a new computer, with software I’m not used to. I will need to adjust the pictures to create the “Four Squares”. Additional Pictures added, 09/13/2020.
